Calling policy

• Our advisors identify themselves with their full name and state they are calling from SwitchU, an independent procurement company — never your carrier.
• We honour do-not-call requests within 14 days as required by CRTC rules — and we aim for same day.
• We maintain an internal suppression list that is shared across all of our teams.

Email policy

We follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): every commercial email we send includes our identification information and a working unsubscribe mechanism.
